The perfect
charm or pendant for any Celt, this striking sterling piece features a pair of thistle blossoms, amidst their prickly leaves. Legend holds that the thistle became the symbol of the Scots when a horde of Vikings attempted to sneak ashore at night, but stumbled into a patch of thistle. Their subsequent cries of pain alerted the brave Scots and exposed the intended ambush. This lovely charm or petite pendant measures 1/2" x 3/4", not including the bail with its 3.5mm opening in the measurements.
