Beautifully
crafted in interwoven Celtic knotwork, this striking pin has at its heart the shamrock - the symbol for all things Irish. The shamrock was reportedly used by St. Patrick to demonstrate the trinity and has also been felt to protect the Irish from snakes, who reportedly will not travel in their fields. Here, the shamrock is enclosed in a ring which has at its top the Irish claddagh - two hands holding a crowned heart for love. This lovely pin measures 1 1/4" x 1 1/2".
