This wonderful
pair of earrings is one of the nicest pairs of rainbow moonstone earrings I have ever seen. The fantastic blue flashed irridescent gem stones are genuine moonstone and the faceted gems measure a generous 7 x 10 mm each (about 2.05 carats by size, 4.1 TCW). Rainbow moonstones are infrequently found in faceted cuts, even though they are spectacular when faceted - they require much more skill and effort than many other gems to cut. The bezel set sides have fantastic very detailed handwrought sterling scrolling wirework that really makes these earrings stand out as something special.
