The central rose window openwork design frames a 5mm square or princess cut sparkling sky blue topaz gem (about 0.75 carats by size) with 3mm and 6mm brilliant or round accents in sparkling amethyst and irridescent rainbow moonstone. Beneath it all sway a trio of pear or teardrop cut 4 x 6 mm gems in spring green peridot, lavender amethyst, and golden citrine. This romantic lavalier drop pendant measures 3/4" x 2 1/8", not including the generous bail with its 6mm opening in the measurements.
