This is a truely
remarkable pendant, pairing the blue flash of a 7.5mm irridescent moonstone round with a huge unusual marquise cut sparkling amethyst measuring a generous 9 x 17 mm (about 6.58 carats by size). I have rarely come across marquise cuts of this size and never before in such a striking and unusual setting. The great setting is accented by hand wrought applied sterling coils and granulation or beadwork in the typical Balinese style. It measures 3/4" x 1 1/4", with a hidden, integral generous bail with a 7mm opening. It is marked 925 for 925/1000 pure sterling silver.
