The pentagram or five-pointed star is usually used to represent the four elements - Air, Fire, Water and Earth with the Spirit as the final point. The pentacle is a pentagram surrounded by a protective circle as it is in this piece. This unusual styling of this classic symbol is further ornamented by celtic wave symbols making this especially suitable for those attuned to the more feminine, grounding water element and signs. This wonderful pendant or amulet measures just over 1" in diameter and is marked 925 for 925/1000 pure sterling silver.
