A dramatic collar
of rounds with suspended pear - cut drops, this wonderful garnet necklace makes a real statement. The gems are deeply bezel set with handwrought rope borders about the suspended pears. The six 5mm rounds make a perfect backround for the five generous 7 x 10mm pears (about 14.6 TCW!). The striking solid backed setting is of very nice weight for size - 18.2 grams or 0.64 ounces on my postal scale. This lovely piece measures 17 14/" and is marked 925 for 925/1000 pure sterling.
