This beautiful sterling pill box is made even more fantastic by the genuine sparkling oval that accents its top! The size is perfect for pills or small treasures that need protecting in your bag. It is accented with a sparkling red garnet in a rope-detailed setting. It measures 3/4" x 1". The stone measures 5 x 7 mm. (about 1.12 carats by size).
