This wonderfully
detailed sterling pendant opens to reveal a generous opening perfect for a day's small pills, a cherished picture or other tiny treasures. The surface is covered with amazing hand-done silverwork with applied granulation or tiny beads and wire work in an ornate circular pattern. At the center is a remarkable 9 mm round genuine Baltic amber cabochon of a lovely golden cognac hue. This pillbox measures 7/8" round and about 1/4" deep.
