This fantastic
sterling needle case or holder is decorated with a raised all-over pattern of roses with neoclassical feathers wrapped in a garland on the top. The overall impression is that of a great classical scabbard. There is a jump ring attached so this item could be worn on a chain or chatelaine. Although these are meant for needles, I love to give them with a special message on a scroll inside. This piece measures 1/2" x 3 1/2" and is marked sterling.
