This very unusual
sterling needle case is shaped as a very detailed owl sitting on a branch. This pattern is as decorative from the back as it is from the front. The eyes are accented with tiny garnet cabochons. There is a jump ring attached, allowing you to wear it on a chain or chatelaine. Although these are meant for needles, I love to give them with a special message on a scroll inside. This piece measures 1/2" x 3 1/4" and is marked 925 for 925/1000 sterling.
